I’ve signed lease contract for Kenilworth apartments so my paws account is showing an amount of 300 $ . How would I pay that amount through paws ? I’ve deposited 300 $ to paws yesterday , so will paws account get debited that amount automatically ?

Lets say I’m opting for 3 bed sharing room in Kelinworth, will the 300 deposit be adjusted against 607(per person) and only the remainder would be paid? If so, when we need to pay for the rest?

How far is kelinworth from uwm campus? Are there any transport facilities for to and fro travel?

Kenilworth is less than 1 mile from the main footprint of UWM. There is provided shuttle service by UWM to and from. There is also the city bus that has a route that runs between Kenilworth and the main foot print of campus.

Are the transport services available in chicago too? my cousin is staying just close to wisconsin state that is in chicago, Can I stay with him

No transportation will be provided from Chicago to campus. All new international students are required to take in person classes, so you are expected to live in Milwaukee.

Is laundry, heater included under utilities in kelinworth?

all utilities are included in Kenilworth charges. There is a laundry room in the building that you pay per wash/dry. Kenilworth Upgraded units do have a washer/dryer in the apartment and in those spaces there is no additional charge.

Kenilworth monthly charges are per person and you pay for only the room you are contracting with University Housing.

For 3 bed shared room in kelinworth, we have to pay per person amount only right? Even if one or two of the other rooms are not filled

Correct, you are only responsible for your room in a shared apartment. This is different than off campus, where the lease has a flat fee that tenants divide. If a tenant was to leave, each person on the lease would still have to find a way to pay the full monthly rental charges.

Related to an exemptions, typically someone who is designated as your legal guardian is also the person who can assist you in the case of a medical emergency, especially if you are a minor.

Muskan, I would suggest looking at Kenilworth knowing you are coming for your Masters program.

At this time no. Many in Kenilworth cook on their own as there is a full kitchen or purchase food in the UWM Union when they are on campus. Dining is exploring options for next year to allow a dining plan to Kenilworth residents, but it is not an option currently.

If you are required to live on campus, then yes you would need to file an exemption to allow you to live off campus.
